Please join us in honoring Judy Carpenter, President and Chief Operating Officer for Riverside Medical Clinic (RMC). RMC has been providing medical services for over 80 years to the greater Riverside community with its original offices in the Mission Inn Rotunda. Today RMC is comprised of 180 physicians, 750 employees with five clinics and an outpatient surgery center. The Frank Miller Civic Achievement Award is presented annually to individuals who have provided outstanding civic leadership, service, and support to the community in the tradition of Frank Miller, founder of the Mission Inn.

A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, Judy is a Certified Public Accountant.  Judy has over 36 years of Inland Empire healthcare experience, beginning her career in public accounting and joining RMC in 1988.

Judy, as Past Chair of the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.  She is also a member of the “Monday Morning Group” and the Raincross Group. She currently serves on the boards for the Janet Goeske Senior Center and Foundation, Riverside University Health Foundation, and the Riverside Community Health Foundation as well as a Board of Director for Provident Bank.

A graduate of Leadership Riverside 2006, Judy has chaired numerous campaigns for the nonprofit sector benefiting such organizations as American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Arthritis Foundation.  In 2004 Inland Empire Magazine Readers Poll named Judy among the “Women Who Make a Difference”.  In 2007 she was honored as Woman of Achievement by the Riverside County YWCA, the Athena of the Inland Valleys Award and the Corporate Spirit of the Entrepreneur.
